Twin toddlers, Locklyn and Loreli, tragically drowned in their family\u2019s backyard pool in Oklahoma City after their great-grandmother, who suffers from Alzheimer\u2019s, reportedly left a door open. The 18-month-old siblings slipped outside unnoticed and were later found by their mother, Jenny Callazzo, in the murky poo<\/p>\n

The family, including six children and other relatives, lives in the home where the accident occurred. Police are investigating but believe the incident was accidental. Just days before, Jenny had posted a photo of the twins with the caption \u201cjust want to play outside.\u201d<\/p>\n
