After his father asked the community for help, students from Westerly High School\u2019s Construction Technology program decided to build Ryder a proper accessible bus shelter. Three classes worked on the project, with senior Mason Heald leading the construction, while Home Depot donated about $300 in materials and a former student helped transport it to Ryder\u2019s home.
