The young woman was known locally for her involvement in the world of crime and her disappearance was widely reported in the local media.<\/p>\n
Yasmin Estef\u00e2nia Alves Ribeiro, just 15 years old, posted photos on her social networks where she was already receiving threats from people she knew in the area who said they would attempt to harm her physical integrity.<\/p>\n
Soon after her disappearance, many searches were carried out by the Fire Department and on one of these occasions Yasmin\u2019s body was found in the worst possible way.
