BREAKING: Military veteran Senators Mark Kelly and Ruben Gallego pour gasoline on the SignalGate fire

BREAKING: Military veteran Senators Mark Kelly and Ruben Gallego pour gasoline on the SignalGate fire by demanding that MAGA Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth resign in disgrace over the leaked group chat war plans.

This scandal is spiraling out of control for Trump…

“The Signal incident is what happens when you have the most unqualified Secretary of Defense we’ve ever seen,” Kelly stated on X. “We’re lucky it didn’t cost any servicemembers their lives, but for the safety of our military and our country, Secretary Hegseth needs to resign.”

Kelly was a naval aviator and flew combat missions during the Gulf War before becoming an astronaut. He knows better than anyone how important mission security is.

Hegseth, it should be noted for the umpteenth time, was a Fox News host — and an alleged alcoholic and abuser.

Senator Gallego served in the United States Marines and was deployed to Iraq. He echoed a similar sentiment to Kelly’s.

“This could have gotten our men and women killed! Strike times, when planes are taking off, what weapons are being used all shared in unsafe manner,” Gallego wrote on X. “@SecDef needs to resign. The incompetence and cover up is embarrassing.”

Kelly and Gallego both represent Arizona, a crucial swing state.

So far, the Trump administration has tried to downplay the scandal but outrage is growing. Americans are furious that Hegseth and other Trump officials were incompetent enough to discuss sensitive war plans in an unsecured group chat. Not only that, but one of them was stupid enough to accidentally add the Editor-in-Chief of The Atlantic to the conversation.
