My Thrifty Brother Finally Met His Match in the Grocery Store..

My brother has always been incredibly thrifty, and despite being handsome enough to attract plenty of attention, he’s never seriously dated anyone. He always claimed that every woman he met spent money too freely and wasn’t the kind of partner he was looking for.

One day, he came home from the grocery store looking unusually excited and announced, “That’s it, I’m getting married!” Naturally, everyone wanted to know what had happened.

He explained that while waiting in the checkout line, he noticed a beautiful woman pull out her own portable scale to make sure the store had weighed her potatoes correctly. When she discovered they had overcharged her, she confidently challenged the cashier until the mistake was fixed.

The moment she finished, my brother rushed over to introduce himself. After years of searching for someone who shared his love of saving every penny, he was convinced he had finally met the perfect match.
