After a serious 2002 racing crash left him with major injuries to his spine, feet, and face, he endured a long and difficult recovery before continuing his career in acting, directing, and producing. Now in his 50s, Priestley has embraced a quieter, more family-focused life in Nashville, away from the constant spotlight of Hollywood.
