While working at a fast-food restaurant, a woman accidentally left behind a Louis Vuitton bag, and the employee honestly placed it in lost and found without ever opening it. A month later, when no one claimed it, his boss offered him the bag, and inside he found only a receipt with a note saying, “To the girl who needed a new purse during the holidays.” The $1,700 purse had apparently been intentionally left as a gift for someone in need, and it later helped him feel confident during job interviews.
