I was giving away clothes for a 2–3-year-old girl when a woman messaged me, explaining that her daughter had nothing to wear and asking if I could send the clothes by post. At first, I wanted to refuse, but I thought, “Who knows what they’re really going through?” So I sent her all the clothes at my own expense. A year later, I received an unexpected package from that same woman filled with nuts, dried fish, homemade marmalade, and other goodies.
