A TikToker named Shannon went viral after finding ribbon-like strings tied to several car door handles, sparking concern online.\
Some viewers suspected the ribbons could be used by criminals to distract drivers, but there is **no verified evidence** connecting them to kidnappings or organized crime.\
While the purpose of the strings remains unknown, experts recommend staying alert, avoiding internet rumors, and reporting genuinely suspicious activity to authorities.
