The Little Birthday Cake That Changed My Day..

At a grocery store, a young girl quietly stepped away after learning she didn’t have enough money for a birthday cake she had carefully chosen for her sick mother.
I paid the remaining amount, and her disappointment turned into a grateful smile as she hugged me and explained why the cake meant so much to her.
Later, I discovered a small handwritten note in my pocket thanking me, along with a simple drawing of a birthday cake with one candle.
Walking home, I realized that even the smallest act of kindness can bring hope to someone’s difficult day and leave a lasting impression on both hearts.
