Electric glass cooktops are easy to use, but boiled-over liquids and burnt-on food can leave stubborn stains that are difficult to remove.
To clean them, spray the cool stovetop with distilled vinegar, sprinkle baking soda over the stains, and cover the surface with a hot, soapy, damp towel for 15–20 minutes.
Remove the towel and gently scrub stubborn spots with a soft brush, repeating the process if necessary.
Finally, wipe the surface with a little vinegar and a microfiber cloth for a sparkling finish, avoiding abrasive scrubbers that could scratch the glass.
