Say goodbye to joint pain and foot pain with a relaxing rosemary bath

What if a simple prepared drink could alleviate joint pain, increase energy, and help regulate blood sugar? This natural cure, which uses substances you most likely already have in your kitchen, is gaining popularity. And it’s no surprise.

Each of its constituents is known for its advantages, and when combined, they create a synergistic and harmonizing blend. Here are some specific details about their properties.

Honey is a natural antioxidant that reduces inflammation, aids digestion, and provides mild energy without triggering a sudden blood sugar surge.

Cinnamon

It regulates blood sugar levels, promotes cardiovascular health, and includes numerous anti-inflammatory chemicals.

Turmeric

Turmeric is known for its active component, curcumin, which relieves joint pain, protects cells from aging, and supports appropriate brain function.

Apple cider vinegar.

This vinegar enhances digestion, controls blood sugar, aids calcium absorption, and boosts immunity due to its fermented qualities, which are naturally high in probiotics.

Chia seeds

Rich in omega-3, calcium and fiber , they are beneficial for bone and heart health and help stabilize blood sugar levels.

How to prepare this homemade health mix?
Ingredients :
1 tbsp raw honey
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp chia seeds
Approximately 200 ml of lukewarm water or lukewarm plant-based drink (almond, oat, etc.)
Preparation Steps:
Soak the Chia seeds.

In a small basin, combine the seeds with around 100 mL of warm water. Allow them to swell for 10 to 15 minutes, until they have a gel-like consistency.

Mix the granules.

In a cup, combine cinnamon and turmeric.

Add the liquids.

Pour in the apple cider vinegar and then the honey. Mix thoroughly until the honey is fully dissolved.

Stir in the chia seed

Add the chia gel to the mixture and stir until well combined.

Enjoy immediately

You can adjust the taste with a squeeze of lemon juice or a pinch of black pepper (pepper helps with the absorption of curcumin).
